We have been working for the Polish IT and data science community for years. Our goal is to create opportunities for development and a space for the exchange of experience among people at every level of the technology industry - from students to experts. We want to enable easy access to high quality, valuable content knowledge for everyone. By bringing together the academic and business communities, we also want to support the creation of conditions for cooperation between them and facilitate the process of students entering the labour market. We are currently building one of the largest IT / data science communities in Poland, numbering hundreds of thousands of people.

Since our start, we have been organising various types of events, including conferences, meetups, hackathons, job fairs and meetings with employers. We have an extensive portfolio of our own cyclical projects, taking place in a hybrid online and offline format. We also undertake numerous collaborations and support other companies in the industry in implementing such projects under their own brand.

Organised continuously since 2010 , the IT conference for people of all experience levels, dedicated to all major areas of IT / data science. It is accompanied by the largest IT Job Exchange in Poland. The event brings together 10,000+ attendees and 200+ industry organisations every year.
